Partnering with The Inocon Group, implementation of Games-wide, Venue Simulation and Table Top Exercises were delivered to both the Athens and Torino Olympic Organizing Committees. Focusing on best practices for external stakeholder engagement and integrated communications and planning with local law enforcement, National Olympic Committee’s, International Federations and OCOG Functional Areas, the project ensured readiness of the Organizing Committee functions to deliver the Games.
