2012 Olympic & Paralympic Games

Joining the London Organizing Committee for the 2012 Olympic Games and in collaboration with Deliotte’s Operational Readiness team, a series of forty-two venue simulation readiness exercises, table top training exercises and multi-agency cross functional training exercises were successfully facilitated. During Games operations, creation and delivery of operational plans for the Organizing Committee’s Olympic and Paralympic Main Operations Center (MOC) through the role of the Venue Management Functional Command Center (FCC) were also delivered.
