Joining with SportsMark Management Group for the 2008 Olympic Games adidas Olympic Hospitality Program provided an opportunity to focus on implementing an experiential marketing initiative for local adidas workforce as an incentive program to attend the 2008 Olympic Games. The focus was on transportation operations, venue site visits and hospitality programs throughout the 2008 Olympic venues and throughout the city of Beijing, My primary deliverable for this project was to provide training and oversight of local staff, integrated transport operations, venue site visit coordination and client management initiatives.
